Spring Trip

On Friday, May 2nd, 2008, Irving Bands, Orchestras, and Choirs went on their annual trip. This year they went to Busch Gardens.

The trip was a lot of fun. The Symphonic Strings went as a Grade 5 group and was the only Grade 5 group so of course they won a Superior rating for their division.

The Concert Strings went as (I believe) a Grade 3 group and won 5th place. There was a lot of competition. The group that one first place was critizied for playing too low of a grade of music. However, everyone had no regrets and we all had a great time.
